Margaret Borden, daughter of
John Borden and
Ann Hawkins, circa 1776 at Knox County, Tennessee. Nichodemus Keith died circa 1831 at McNairy County, Tennessee.
Nichodemus was listed on the tax roll in Knox County, Tennessee in 1799,
He wasin Bledsoe County in 1812.
From 'Bledsoe County, Deed Bk. pg. 176, 14 Nov. 1826' we find that Nichodemus Keith and Margaret his wife, who was one of the heirs of John Burdin (Borden) dec'd., and her sister Anna McWilliams, gave Power of Attorney to William Burdin (Borden), of White County Tennessee, to represent them in the 'John Borden Estate Court Case' in VA.
In 'Bledsoe County, Deed Bk. F, pg.142' we find this indenture made this 24 Dec. 1829, Jesse Oden, Admin. of John Borden Estate, of the County of McNairy, Tennessee of theone part and Nichodemus Keith of the County and State aforesaid of the otherpart, witnesseth that Jesse Oden for the sum of one hundred and sixty dollars hath sold unto Nichodemus Keith a certain tract of land containing forty acres in the County of White, dated the 24th day of June 1814.

F, pg 160: This indenture made this 20 Dec 1830, between Nichodemus Keith of the County of McNairy and State of Tennessee of the one part and Isaac Hicks (his son-in-law) of the County of Marion in the state aforesaid of the other part, witnesseth the Nichodemus Keith for the sum of fifty
dollars hath sold unto Isaac Hicks a tract of land containing forty acres in Bledsoe County on Buffalo Creek of Main Cany Fork occupied by John Borden. Filed: Nov.,1832.
