She married Arthur Williamson Wikoff, son of Garret Wyckoff III and Patience Williamson, on 4 October 1794 at Dutch Reformed Church, Freehold, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Nelly Covenhoven died on 17 March 1811 at age 35.
